1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 7e779 platform in any capacity — including registering an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or contacting support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. The use of the platform by minors (persons under 21 years of age) is strictly prohibited. 7e779 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To place bets or play games on 7e779, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You must notify 7e779 immediately if any of this information changes.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period on this or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide genuine identity and contact information. False registration details will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your account.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7e779 login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account will be attributed to you. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7e779 support immediately via Telegram (@7e779support). 7e779 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or failed to notify 7e779 promptly upon becoming aware of the breach.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7e779 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are currently accepted. 7e779 does not accept cryptocurrency, bank wire transfers, or credit card payments.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• 7e779 aims to process withdrawal requests within minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Deposits that have not been subject to the required wagering activity before withdrawal may be subject to a processing review.
• 7e779 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳20,000.
• Funds deposited in error or fraudulently may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 7e779 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and other conditions that will be stated clearly at the point of offer. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and must meet wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 7e779 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonuses — including by creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or employing low-risk wagering strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account reviewed or closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 7e779 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the rules for that game or market. General platform-wide rules include:

• Bets accepted by the platform are binding. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• 7e779 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of any kind.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are set by the respective game providers and independently audited.
• 7e779 does not guarantee any specific return or outcome on any game or sporting market.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and vary by game, event, and account history. 7e779 reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for any account at its discretion.
• Live in-play betting is subject to a delay between the physical event and the platform feed. Bets placed after the relevant event has occurred, but before the feed has updated, may be voided at 7e779's discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7e779 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one player account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or market for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed software error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Using payment accounts that do not belong to you to fund your 7e779 account.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your identity during the verification process.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by opening a new account.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

7e779 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or behaviour that 7e779 deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Where an account is closed voluntarily and there is no outstanding bonus wagering requirement or pending investigation, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7e779 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 7e779 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion would be unlawful.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

7e779 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. 7e779 implements industry-standard SSL encryption and secure data storage practices to protect player information.

13 Amendments to Terms

7e779 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 7e779 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 7e779 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law and applicable platform operational standards. All platform decisions made in accordance with these terms are final and binding. 7e779 does not accept liability for any loss you claim to have incurred as a result of a decision made under these terms.
